INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS

We produce extruded grain products that contain high levels of dietary fiber. We hope that an industrial customer will find our products easy to use and cost effective. Bakeries, convenience food producers, snack producers and other food manufacturers use our products.

We extrude wheat, rye and oat bran, whole grain flours, malt and their blends to flour products that have good water retention properties and are tasty. This easy-to-use property is a result of the structure of extruded flour and improved hygiene. The products are cost competitive due to the extrusion method and transparent raw material supply chain.

Subcontract operations

Our customers will find it easy to contract manufacture with us, as we have a production system, which clearly separates batches. We can offer a complete package of production from raw material selection to packaging. We have succesfully worked with our clients toll processing over number of years.

Our wide knowledge of raw materials and production methods offer a solid base for efficient contract manufacturing.

Process and product development

A customer can use for all aspects of product development as we have a pilot extrusion plant as well as wide contacts in Finland and other countries and extensive knowledge of food processing and raw materials specialising in Nordic grains.

We have continuously increased the dietary fiber level of our products, and our product Talkmuru now has over 20% dietary fiber. Our key expertise centers on food products focused on health and wellbeing.
